As I understand Google's terms of service, that's the line you can't cross: don't tell people to click the ads; the clicks must be organic. I doubt Google would have a problem, since the pop-ups after you vote don’t overtly request you click on the ad. As I understand Google’s terms of service, that’s the line you can’t cross: don’t tell people to click the ads; the clicks must be organic.
